Parent & Tot Free Play
For Boys and Girls Aged 18 months to 3 years
Parent and tots explore the gym at their own pace. Only one guardian per tot participant permitted in the facility each class, siblings are not permitted under any circumstance. There will be a coach in the gym to provide feedback and guidance however this is not a structured class.
This program is 50 minutes, once a week.
Fall 2025
$150.00 for 14 week session

Parent & Tot Structured
For Boys and Girls Aged 18 months to 3.5 years
Parents assist their child through a coach guided rotation. Children are asked to follow the gym rotation with their class. Only one guardian per tot participant permitted in the facility each class, siblings are not permitted under any circumstance. This class is structured and hands on and allows the child to experience all the apparatuses in the gym. We recommend all children complete one block of structured before moving on to the Initiation program. There are no evaluations in Parent & Tot.

This program is one hour, once a week.
